Scope: Middleware only (Salesforce Core Platform is operational)
Details: We are investigating an outage with the middleware connecting our services to Bullhorn for Salesforce. While users can still access Salesforce, the following integration-dependent features are unavailable:

- Resume & document parsing
- Search & Match
- Resume viewing & document editing
- Emailing documents
