Bullhorn is rolling out MySQL infrastructure upgrades in our Staging environments for Talent Platform (and formerly Onboarding Talent Edition). This upgrade allows us to take advantage of more highly scalable and performant technologies, allowing the service to adjust to higher volume more rapidly. Please read on for more information.


When is this upgrade happening?
We will be rolling out to our staging environment starting on October 22, 2024 at 9-11PM EST.


Do you expect extended downtime?
Yes, we expect a 2 hour window for downtime for the rollout of this infrastructure upgrade.


Will there be any other changes made?
There will be no other changes made to the Talent Platform product as part of this MySQL upgrade.


How do I report an issue?
As always, if you encounter an issue, you may submit a support ticket via the Support Portal.
